Get Involved

As a parent we always want what’s best for our children, we want to make sure good things are available to them.  We want to make sure they stay involved in something, to be part of something, we know it’s all for their benefit.  What if organized activities/organizations did not exist? What would your children be doing?  Thanks to many volunteers and involved people in the soccer community we have organized soccer for our children.  The number of volunteers over the years has been diminishing.  Each league is in need of more.  Even if you do not have a child participating you can still volunteer, you can still help the area youth stay involved.  We’re all proud of our children for participating, why not be proud of ourselves for stepping up and participating also.  Don’t just sit back and be a parent that criticizes; do something.  If you’re not 100% happy with the way things are maybe you don’t understand the inner workings of the organizations, by getting involved you can understand better, you can bring your ideas to the table.  Become active in the soccer community, make our children proud!
